Terms of Service

You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. Content is for information and booking tours.

• No unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Do not attempt to interfere with system integrity or security.
• Respect local regulations at all tour locations.

Prices are listed in CAD. Taxes may apply. You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory.

• Payment methods accepted: major credit cards and Interac e‑Transfer.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• You will receive an email confirmation and receipt after successful payment.

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time, unless otherwise stated in a tour listing.

• If a tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• No‑shows are not eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for events outside our control. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

You are responsible for your personal belongings and for following safety instructions provided by guides and venues.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
